2. How do I know which package is right for me?

If you're just starting out or need help with branding and visibility, Level Up Basics is a great fit.
If you already know what certification you want and need a study plan + mentorship, go with Certified & Ready.
If you're all in and want full support from cert prep to job placement, choose our most comprehensive option: All-In Tech Accelerator.

3. Can I book a service even if I don’t have a tech background?

Yes. Many of our clients are transitioning from other industries. Our services are beginner friendly and designed to guide you into tech, no matter where you're starting from.

5. Do I have to pay the certification test fee myself?

If you're in the Certified & Ready package, the test fee is not included.
If you purchase the All-In Tech Accelerator, the test fee is included as part of the package.

6. How does mentorship work?

Mentorship is 1-on-1 and tailored to your goals. You’ll meet weekly with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through study plans, keep you accountable, and answer questions. Communication may include Zoom calls, check-ins, and shared resources.

7. How soon can I expect results?

Everyone’s journey is different, but most clients see measurable progress (interviews, certification progress, stronger branding) within 30–60 days. Full career transitions can take a few months depending on effort and consistency.

8. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer payment plans through select platforms or custom arrangements on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in breaking up a payment, let us know before checkout.
